Fashion Eyewear’s new Trade-In Program allows you to send in your old frames to be restored or recycled, whilst earning credit to spend on your next order. At F/E, we want to do our bit in reducing waste produced by the fashion industry by giving a new life to your old or unused glasses and sunglasses.
45% of all global emissions come from the production and disposal of goods such as clothes, cars and other fashion products. It’s more important than ever to find sustainable solutions that help us reduce our impact on the planet. By trading in and recycling your glasses and sunglasses for someone else to love, you’re helping to create a circular shopping culture that helps people cut their carbon footprint by up to 82%.
Trading in your old frames is simple. Head to our Trade-In form to fill in details of your glasses or sunglasses, and we’ll send you a free shipping label to your email. Once you post your old frames using the prepaid label, we’ll assess their condition
and credit your account for you to spend on your next order.
If your frames are in a good enough condition for resale, we put them through a thorough cleaning and refurbishment process and relist them on our Preloved Frames section. We also donate certain Trade-In prescription frames to Vision Aid
Overseas – a charity dedicated to providing affordable eye care and glasses to those living in poverty.
