Junior designer sunglasses
It’s really important that children wear sunglasses, especially when playing in the sun. This is to protect their eyes from sun damage, which are particularly sensitive to UV light. Children have larger pupils, which means more UV rays can reach their retinas. Our junior designer sunglasses are designed with the protection needed in styles that they’ll love (and importantly, want to wear!) These are frames that are comfortable, durable, and can match the playful energy of our little ones.

How to choose the right size
To make sure your child is getting the best protection, we recommend buying a pair of sunglasses which cover the eye as much as possible, as well as purchasing the correct fit. You can choose the right size of sunglasses for a child by taking some measurements in millimetres (mm). You can do this with a ruler. These measurements include the widest horizontal point on their face (this is usually where the eyes are), the width between their eyes, and the distance between the front of your child’s head to the front of their ear, and behind it. You’ll want to use these measurements to determine which frame size, bridge size, and temple size will work best. All of our children’s sunglasses include measurements on them, so use these to guide you on the correct size. Children’s sunglasses should sit comfortably snug, and not be loose or overly tight.
