For in-stock non-prescription glasses and sunglasses, we aim to dispatch no later than the next working day.
Most prescription lenses are fitted within 3 working days. Complex prescriptions including progressive lenses may take up to 10 working days.

The delivery time is dependent on our stock availability and your prescription. If you wish to have a more exact delivery time for your order, please contact our Customer Service team. On rare occasions, it may be found that an item advertised on our site has been temporarily selling out or discontinued. If your item is sold out/discontinued, we will offer you a similar item or a full refund. DELIVERY ADDRESSES
At Fashion Eyewear we are happy to ship to residential and work addresses worldwide. It's very important that you check that all delivery address information given to us is full and accurate. Please note: Once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. This is due to our strict fraud prevention policies. If you have placed an incorrect address, please immediately contact our Customer Service Team and our order processing team will advise you on the next steps.
WHERE'S MY ORDER?
All your order information is emailed to you when you place an order, including delivery information. If for any reason you don't receive your eyewear please contact our Customer Service Team. For our UK customers, our premium delivery company will send you a text message update of when your parcel is dispatched, delivered, or ready for rescheduled delivery if you were out.
