- Duration: Each consultation lasts 20 – 30 minutes.

- Fees: Consultation fees are listed on our website. Payment is required at the time of booking, and the fee is non-refundable except as stated in our cancellation policy.

 4. Service Limitations

- Our online consultations do not include the physical examination of your eyes. A complete eye health examination is recommended at a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist's office.

- Fashion Eyewear is not responsible for any misdiagnosis or adverse outcomes resulting from reliance on the advice given during the consultation.

- If the optician recommends a specific prescription or eyewear style, it is based on the information you provide and the consultation itself. 

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

- All personal information provided during the consultation, including health information, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal and health information for consultation purposes.

 6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

- You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or to reschedule without additional charges.

- Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

- In the case of a no-show or failure to attend the consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

7. Refunds and Returns

- Refunds are not available for consultations once they have been completed.

8. Responsibility for Eyewear Orders
